Law no 6098 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), provides citizens with certain rights against the individuals and companies defined as data controllers, imposing certain obligations on the data controllers. These obligations concern especially IT and human resources units in the companies.
In order to comply with the aforementioned law and related legislation, at Dönmez Law, we provide regular consultancy services for the execution of compliance projects of data controllers and ensuring continuity in their business processes.
